DELIVERY & FAQS

Delivery

We offer delivery Wednesday-Friday between 12-6pm.

Order by 5pm for next-day delivery within a 10km radius of Camp Hill, 4152.

Flowers will be left in a safe place if no one is present to receive order. If there is no safe place, we will attempt to contact the send or recipient. If unavailable, a redelivery fee of $15 will apply.

Please ensure all names and addresses are correct when ordering as a redelivery fee will apply.

If you require an earlier delivery time, please get in contact at least 48 hours prior to delivery date and we will do our best to accomodate this.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please get in touch with any concerns within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Do you do custom bunches/arrangements?

Yes! Please get in touch via abbey@crushfloral.au for any custom enquiries as well as corporate florals.

Do you do weddings and events?

We sure do! Please fill out the form on our Get In Touch page and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I care for my flowers?

Your flowers should last between 3-5 days depending on variety. To get the most out of your flowers:

  • Display in a cool spot, away from direct sun.

  • Change water every 1-2 days.

  • Snip 1-2cm off the stems when changing the water.
